Donald Trump Blames Abortion For 2022 GOP Failure

Donald Trump decided to blame the GOP's failure to reach its goals in the 2022 election on "abortion extremists." Was he right or could it have been that all the losers that cost Team GOP in the election were highly Trump-backed candidates and he's just CYA?

ESPN Finds God, Temporarily...

ESPN decided it finally would give in to God, calling on everyone to pray as Buffalo Bills player, Damar Hamlin collapsed on the field and was in critical condition after a seemingly routine play in the game. While, we certainly would agree with ESPN that prayers are needed, does ESPN really mean it or was this just a ploy for temporary sympathy? God does not take to being mocked or used kindly, so unless ESPN is now in service of God, not politics, maybe they should think twice about their actions.

Mr. Thomas Beats the Girls Again | The Afterthought 03/18/22

The man currently calling himself Lia Thomas won the NCAA women's 500-yard swimming championship on Thursday. Protests raged on both sides of the trans-athlete debate outside the venue, while Mr. Thomas dominated in the pool.

We discuss the reaction and ask are compassion and competition something that can or should co-exist in sports. #QuestionEverything #TheAfterthought #CriticalThinking

Texas GOP Voters Stand Up to RINOS? | 03/06/24

On an otherwise sleepy "Super Tuesday" the voters in multiple RINO-led districts stood up for school choice and their voices to be heard. Is that a sign of hope in the GOP? Also, the Chicago Teachers Union wants a $50 billion union contract and MSNBC laughs at those who think immigration is a big deal in Virginia. All on a #WTFWednesday edition of Critical Thinking.

St. Patrick's Cathedral Performs a Drag Funeral? | 02/21/24

In one of the most idiotic, yet telling, stories of just how far the tentacles of the Spirit of the Age have gone in to our society...there was a drag funeral performed at St. Patrick's Cathedral in NYC — and the priest sat there and did nothing. The Church since has performed a mass of reparations to God for offending him. In a totally unrelated story, a member of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence was arrested on charges of child sexual exploitation and porn. Ewww. In France, they want the ability to jail you for speaking up against the COVID-19 vaccine "and other reasonable" medical things. Good times on a #WTFWednesday.

Fani Willis' Grey-Goose is Cooked! | 02/16/24

Fani Willis and Nathan Wade had to testify in a hearing to dismiss them from the case against Donald Trump in Georgia and boy, oh-boy, did it not go as well as they thought it would in their heads or when they were on the stand. Willis admitted to felonies, looked like an unhinged and deranged witness at times and even wore her dress on backwards somehow. Also, I talk about the rest of the best and worst takes of the week and I examine Federalist Paper No. 10 in our continuing study of this important work in American civic life.
